Jason O’Callaghan sold his home at ninety South Lotts Road Lower in December 2006, paying around €seven hundred 000 for the terraced house. Although it was in a precise situation and owned by an architect, Jason spent a similarly €150,000 on stamp responsibility, restoration, and ornament.
