With the long, cold, and dreary iciness months ultimately behind us, you will be dreaming of a warm tropical destination in which you may leave your concerns in the back and attention on your true love: standup paddling. Although a SUP getaway is supposed to be relaxing, it often becomes a headache after hours of studying places, dates, accommodations, flights, and neighborhood SUP shops/leases. While making plans for a self-tailor-made journey and itinerary comes with rewards, it’s much simpler to permit someone else to do the heavy lifting for you. We’ve rounded up 3 SUP retreats, each with a detail planned out from beginning to completion – all that’s left to do is show up and start paddling.
SUP N Surf Retreat
Dates: May 7-11 & 14-18, 2019
At the SUP N Surf Retreat, they’re all approximately maximizing your capability through surfing uncrowded waves. The retreat is hosted by experienced SUP athletes/coaches Sean Poynter, Ian Cairns, Fernando Stalla, and Felipe Hernandez in tropical Punta Mita, Mexico. Located at once on the seashore, the all-inclusive Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa features a full carrier spa, beachfront pool, mini zoo, four eating places, seven full bars, high-priced rooms, and convenient access to the diffusion of waves suitable for paddlers of every ability stage. An ordinary day starts with an à l. A. Carte breakfast, an extended morning surf session, lunch/unfastened time, video assessment and education, an afternoon boat session, dinner, and a non-obligatory nighttime activity to give up the day.
When taking a ruin from surfing empty waves, grab a mask to snorkel or loosen up on the seaside and enjoy Mexico’s natural splendor. Regardless of how you spend your time, the SUP N Surf Retreat will surely be the trip of your entire life.
ONBOARDSUP Yoga Retreat
Dates: Oct. 27 – Nov. 1, 2019
ONBOARDSUP Yoga Retreat is a week-long experience that combines paddling, journey, and yoga into one specific SUP experience. Trips depart from Loreto, a small fishing metropolis on the Baja peninsula in Mexico, about six hundred miles south of San Diego. Each day is spent paddling and exploring the beautiful Sea of Cortez, while nights are spent playing sparkling meals and camping under a blanket of stars.
